The Höllentalanger hut, 1381 m high, lies in the Wetterstein mountain range and is the ideal starting point for climbing the more challenging side of the Zugspitze!
Also for day tours or as a base point, the Höllentalanger hut is a popular and unusual destination: owing to the unforgettable climb through the Höllental gorge, the rambling surroundings of the hut with stream beds, rocks and much more. The hut itself has been the comfortable lodging for mountain climbers for more than 100 years and accomodates 80 people. From here, there are tours to the Zugspitze and the Höllentalferner glacier.
